Instructions:
1. Remove whitening strip from pouch. Pull away the soft strip from plastic film.
2. Align straight edge of strip to gum line. Gently exert pressure and adjust strip with finger to enable better adherence to tooth surface. Repeat using second strip.
3. After 30 minutes of application remove strips and dispense. Wipe away any gel residue using a toothbrush and water.
Avoid application of strips after brushing your teeth.
Use before going to bed and refrain from eating.
Use both strips provided in the pouch, one for the upper arch and one for the lower arch of the teeth.
Once a pouch is opened it is best to use the strips within 2 hours.
