The sculptured lumbar support, simplistic deep cushioned seat pad and back design and soft feel leather coupled with the chrome effect detail trim, integrated arm rests and five star base depict elegance. The soft padded arm supports and sculptured lumbar support provide the user with maximum comfort.

The Florence benefits from a gas lift adjustment, with a seat height variance of 48.5 to 57.5cm. It has a user's weight tension control mechanism which means the chair can be adjusted to accommodate the weight of the user thus allowing for a smooth reclining action. The chair also has a knee tilt adjustment mechanism  which means the seat and back of the chair move backwards in tandem.
