ZP1 Pro3 Suspension Trainer

The Pro3 suspension trainer has been designed to improve strength, mobility and muscle gains using nothing other than your own bodyweight. The Pro3 Suspension Trainer allows you to perform both compound and isolated movements ideal for all over body conditioning. 

Included suspension straps are both lightweight and durable, tested up to maximum load of 400kg. Adjust the straps easily using the quick release buckle system. The Pro3 comes with an internal door anchor for home use or for your travels. Included is an extension strap which can be fixed to a secure outdoor anchor, perfect for park based workouts.

Included handles are made of hardened rubber making them robust and comfortable to use. The Pro3 handles are designed for upper body push and pull exercises gripping your hands and lower body exercises using the feet anchors.

Pro3 suspension trainer comes with a complete instruction guide detailing both set up and workout guides to help get you started on your fitness journey. There is a workout for each muscle group which ranges from beginner right through to advanced.
