The Yokohama ADVAN Neova AD09 is an extreme performance summer tyre engineered for track days and spirited road driving, featuring an optimised asymmetric tread pattern with large continuous tread blocks and a high turn-up ply construction to deliver race-inspired grip, razor-sharp handling and consistent lap times for performance cars and sports saloons
The Yokohama ADVAN Neova AD09 is an extreme performance summer tyre born from motorsports and circuit racing, designed to provide track-level performance in a street-legal package. Its optimised asymmetric tread pattern features large outboard tread blocks that maximise dry cornering grip and high-speed handling, whilst a strong centre rib provides solid on-centre feel and responsive steering for quick transitions between straight-line acceleration and high-speed cornering. The advanced Nano Blend silica compound delivers superior heat resistance for consistent performance during track use, whilst 3D sipes and multi-angle grooves improve wet-weather braking and stability. The internal construction comprises two wide steel belts atop a two-ply polyester casing with high turn-up, creating a rigid three-ply polyester sidewall, further stabilised by two nylon reinforcement plies for exceptional high-speed handling and durability. Designed to excel on both road and track, the AD09 combines extreme dry grip with improved wet performance compared to its predecessor, making it ideal for dedicated driving enthusiasts, track-day participants and performance car owners seeking the ultimate in handling precision and grip
